Genotyping for MMRRC#34759 was performed on ONE homozygous male mouse originally submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to FVB (Reference 1) and 129S1 (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 98.94% FVB. A 4.03Mb interval homozygous for 129S1 markers was identified at the distal end of chromosome 2, spanning the Cebpb locus. The adjacent unknown region correlates with C57BL/6 markers which is consistent with the initial background of the strain as indicated on the strain detail sheet.
