Genotyping for MMRRC#129 was performed on ONE transgene positive male mouse that was one generation backcrossed onto C57BL/6J relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. According to the strain detail sheet, the original background of the strain was C57BL/6J and has been maintained on this background. Consistent with this information, MUGA genotyping confirms that the sample genotyped 100% for C57BL/6J markers. The arrow marks the integration site of the transgene at the Atf2 locus.
