Notes for B6.Cg-Tg(Fos/EGFP)4-1Brth:

Genotyping for MMRRC#12033 was performed on ONE hemizygous male mouse that was two generations backcrossed onto C57BL/6J relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator.  When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and either FVB or DBA (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping could not distinguish the location of the transgene insertion (generated on a FVB/DBA F1 background) but did confirm that the genome is fully inbred, consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
