Genotyping for MMRRC#34319 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that was originally submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129S7(AB2.2) (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 93.43% C57BL/6J. Based on the single sample that was genotyped, the genetic background of this line is not fixed and contains multiple 129S7 segregating regions, including the 28.86Mb heterozygous interval on chromosome 10 spanning the Mdm2 locus. The strain background for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
