Genotyping for MMRRC#32888 was performed on one hemizygous male mouse that was originally submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and FVB/NJ (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 97.62% C57BL/6J. The location of the transgene is unknown, but based on these results, it resides on one of the two FVB/NJ heterozygous intervals on Chromosomes 2 and 5. Genotyping for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
