Genotyping for MMRRC#11529 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse. This mouse was backcrossed two generations onto C57BL/6J relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129S1/SvJ (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 99.37% C57BL/6J. 0.63% of the genome was classified as heterozygous for C57BL/6J and 129S1/SvJ markers including a 6.16Mb interval on chromosome 18, spanning the Hb-egf locus. Genotyping for this ONE sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
