Genotyping for MMRRC#117 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that was 3 generations intercrossed within the strain relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129S4 (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was very heterogeneous, composed of 30.85% C57BL/6J, 31.93% 129S4, and 35.37% heterozyous including a 37.45Mb interval spanning the Gba locus on chromosome 3. There is a small portion of the genome that is unknown (1.85%) that is likely due to previous crosses with ucgc mutant mice. The strain background for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
