Genotyping for MMRRC#31838 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that was originally submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129S1/SvImJ(Reference 2, closest available reference to 129S2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 98.11% C57BL/6J and 1.89% heterozygous for the two reference markers, including a 29.84Mb interval on chromosome 7, spanning the Pak1 locus. Genotyping for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
