Genotyping for MMRRC#36560 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that was submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. This sample was compared to BALB/cJ (Reference 1) and 129S7/SvEvBrd(AB2.2) (Reference 2) genotypes. MegaMUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 99.76% BALB/cJ. A single 6.23 Mb interval heterozygous for 129S7 markers was identified on chromosome 8, spanning the Efnb2 locus. Genotyping for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
