Genotyping for MMRRC#30542 was performed on ONE homozygous male mouse. This mouse was maintained in a homozygous state by intercrossing mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129P2/OlaHsd(E14) (Reference 2) genotypes, MegaMUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 99.59% C57BL/6J, with a 10.98Mb interval homozygous for 129P2/OlaHsd(E14) markers identified on chromosome 12, spanning the Apob locus. An additional small interval on chromosome 12 segregating for 129P2/OlaHsd markers. Genotyping for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
