Genotyping for MMRRC#15499 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that was 4-5 generations backcrossed onto C57BL/6J relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129P2/OlaHsd (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 97.67% C57BL/6J. Based on the single sample that was genotyped, the genetic background of this line was not fixed and contains multiple 129P2/OlaHsd segragating intervals, . The Ezh2 locus is located within a 14.9MB heterozygous interval on chromosome 6. The strain background for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
