Genotyping for MMRRC#30988 was performed on ONE homozygous male mouse. This mouse was maintained in a homozygous state by intercrossing mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129P2/OlaHsd (E14) (Reference 2) genotypes, MegaMUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 93.27% C57BL/6J, with a 38.91Mb interval homozygous for 129P2/OlaHsd(E14) markers identified on chromosome 1, spanning the Pigr locus. An additional homozygous interval was also identified on Chromosome 1. Genotyping for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
