Genotyping for MMRRC#30411 was performed on ONE homozygous male mouse. This mouse was maintained in a homozygous state by intercrossing mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129S7(Ab2.2) (Reference 2) genotypes, MegaMUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 99.33% C57BL/6J, with a 17.28Mb interval homozygous for 129S7/SvEvBrd(AB2.2) markers identified on chromosome 17, spanning the Hspa1a locus. Genotyping for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
