Genotyping for MMRRC#15231 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that is 14 generations removed from the original mouse submitted to the MMRRC by the donating investigator . When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 1129S4/SvJaeJ (Reference 2) genotypes, Mega MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 99.65% C57BL/6J. 0.31% of the genome was classified as heterozygous for C57BL/6J and 129S4/SvJaeJ markers including a 7.94Mb interval on chromosome 8, spanning the F2rl3 locus. Genotyping for this ONE sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
