Genotyping for MMRRC#16 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that was three generations backcrossed onto C57BL/6J relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. This sample was compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129S6 (Reference 2) genotypes. MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 97.87% C57BL/6J. A 52.82Mb interval heterozygous for 129S6 markers was identified on chromosome 15, adjacent to the Npr3 locus (the two reference genotypes are IBD from 11.1 Mb to 12.7 Mb). Genotyping for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
