Genotyping for MMRRC#14245 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that was 1 generation backcrossed onto C57BL/6J relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129S7(AB2.2) (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 95.75% C57BL/6J. Based on the single sample that was genotyped, the genetic background of this line is not fixed and contains multiple segregating regions, including a 1.68Mb heterozygous interval on the distal tip of chromosome 15 spanning the Amhr2 locus. The mixed strain background for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
