Genotyping for MMRRC#32241 was performed on ONE homozygous male mouse submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129S4 (AK7) (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 88.64% C57BL/6J. Based on the single sample that was genotyped, there is a 13.11Mb interval on Chromosome 13 that is homozygous for 129S4 markers spanning the targeted mutation at the Map3k1 locus. The remainder of the genome is homozygous or segregating for 129S4 markers except for a 11.77Mb interval on Chromosome 3 that does not fall into either of the two reference classes (unknown, gray).
