Genotyping for MMRRC#33038 was performed on one hemizygous male mouse origninally submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129P2 (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was quite heterogenous with 59.58 % of the genome identified as C57BL/6J. A 131.11Mb 129P2 hemizygous interval on chromosome X spans the Hprt locus where the insertion was targeted. The strain background for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
