Genotyping for MMRRC#32822 was performed on ONE heterozygous male mouse that was submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129P2/OlaHsd (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was still very heterogeneous with only 32.95% of the genome indicated as homozygous for C57BL/6J markers and the rest still composed of homozygous and segregating 129P2 markers, including the heterozygous interval across chromosome 5 that contains the gene trap insertion at the Gtf2ird1 locus. The strain background for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
