Genotyping for MMRRC#12034 was performed on ONE homozygous male mouse that was intercrossed one generation within the strain relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator. When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129X1 (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was quite heterogeneous with 61.35% C57BL/6Jand 19.26% 129X1, including a 50.5Mb interval on Chromosome 14 spanning the Msra locus. The strain background for this sample is not fixed, which is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
