Genotyping for MMRRC#30440 was performed on ONE hemizygous male mouse that was three generations backcrossed onto C57BL/6J relative to the original mice submitted to the MMRRC-UNC archive by the donating investigator.  When compared to C57BL/6J (Reference 1) and 129P2/OlaHsd (Reference 2) genotypes, MUGA genotyping indicated that the strain background was 84.17% C57BL/6J.  Based on the single sample that was genotyped, the genetic background of this line is not fixed and contains multiple segregating regions, one of which contains the transgene insertion.  The strain background for this sample is consistent with the information provided by the donating investigator on the strain detail sheet.
